Description

Synopsis: The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide VA Tomah, Wisconsin with one (1) part- time ARDMS registered Ultrasonographer services for its beneficiaries in the Tomah, Wisconsin area. Place of contract performance is at the VAMC Tomah, Wisconsin. The VA Tomah, Wisconsin will provide all supplies and equipment necessary for the performance of work. Period of Performance is February 2,2002 through January 31,2003 with four (4) one year renewable option years at the Government=92s discretion. Contract type is firm-fixed price. Cost per Hour to be all inclusive (all labor, supervision, transportation, per diem, insurance etc.). Work hours include approximately 4 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. The Offeror is advised that the work may or may not be required every week for the duration of the contract performance period. Regular work hours per week (8:00AM-4: 30PM). This solicitation is issued under the authority of Public Law 104-262 and 38 USC 8153. This procurement is being conducted under the Subpart 13.5 test program where simplified acquisition procedures apply and the conduct of the procurement will be in accordance with Parts 12, 13, or 15 of the FAR or some combination thereof.
