Description

The General Services Administration/Public Buildings Service/Office of Chief Financial Officer and Office of Communications is seeking small business vendors to provide graphic designing, copying, layout, and production services. The contractor shall conceptualize, design, develop, photograph, illustrate, layout, proof, and supervise the development of the GSA's Annual Accountability Report. Work done under the resultant award must be errorless, exacting and timely. The RFQ is a 100% small business set-aside only (FAR 52.219.6) Sic Codes 7334, 7335 and 7336 applies. A single award will be made under this procurement to the offeror that receives the highest score based on a technical and cost tradeoff evaluation method. All interested participants are required to submit no more than 25 pages of their proposal to include their price and technical capabilities relative to their experience and performance history. The 25 pages limit does not include your sample annual report. Award of services will be contracted with the successful offeror under a Single Firm-Fixed Price Award in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13.106). The anticipated period of performance will be from date of award through May 2002. The reference number for this RFQ is CAFP-SEF-01-0204.
