Description

Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor, necessary to remove old existing roof and install a new roof system. Roof size is approximately 30 feet by 300 feet that will require a waterproof single-ply roofing system in accorance with specification 07548 included within IFB package. The roofing system shall provide resistance to ultra-violet rays: tear and puncture strength, abilitty to be impervious to most caustic chemicals and acids; and no adverse effects due to heat and/or cold. Location of the work to be performed is at USDA,ARS, Stoneville, Mississippi. The estimated cost is between $100,000 -- $250, 000. An IFB will be issued on March 6, 2001. the work should be completed in 60 days.
