- Description
- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington, DC intends to issue a sole source contract to Costabile Associates, Inc., 4800 Montgomery Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20814 for cataloging of rare books in support of the U.S. Naval Observatory. The SIC COde is 8741, with a corresponding size standard of $5 million. A Sole Source Justification has been prepared and approved. The proposed contract is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under auithority of FAR 6.302-1.
