The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has a requirement for designing and developing an interactive course entitled _Biosafety in the Laboratory._ The course shall include interactive activities and features developed using Coastal Clarity format. The final deliverables shall include an intranet version using ClarityNet and a CD-ROM version using Coast Clarity Administrator. Proposals will be requested under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13. All qualified vendors are invited to submit a proposal in response to the solicitation. Only written requests for the solicitation will be honored. No telephone requests will be accepted. The expected date for release of the solicitation is September 14, 2000. The expected date scheduled for receipt of quotations is September 21, 2000. Only those vendors who can provide a _turnkey_ product need respond.
