The Television-Audio Support Activity intends to purchase the following, on a sole source basis, from DDA Durst-Dice Amercia LLC: One (1) ea Image Acquisition, Storage and Database Cataloging System (PN 2052), One (1) ea Scanner Workstation (PN 2055), One (1) ea Scanner Workstation W/Film Drive (PN 2055FD), W/12 bit Read/Write RGB True Color, Capable of Full Frame 36MB scan in less than 60 seconds, Able to scan 35MM, 46MM, 70MM and 120MM formats, Image Server (PN 2057), Capable of 400GB of storage,Media mastering workstation and Jukebox (PN 2053) W/3:1 compression capable of CD, Photo CD or DVD formats, and Furniture Set (PN 2056). System includes: Operating Software, Installation on site (3 days), and Operational Training (10 days). Delivery shall be FOB destination to US Military Academy, West Point NY 10996-1595 within 60 days from date of award or sooner.
