The contract CRNA must be available to perform as a Staff Nurse Anesthetist within 48 hours of notification. The CRNA must be fluent in the English language, and must provide documentation to support being a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. Contracts will be for the period effective Date of Award through September 30, 2000. Issuing date will be on or about 12/10/99.
