This project will provide for the replacement of the majority of the air conditioning systems and portions of the heating system in Building 77. A new chiller, chilled water pumps, air handlers, cooling coils, heating coils, ductwork, and controls will be installed to replace the DX type systems currently in use. The services of a design team including, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineers will be required. THIS IS NOT A REQUST FOR PROPOSAL. Qualified firms are invited to submit SF 254s and SF255s to include all relevant information regarding past projects similar to this project. THIS ACQUISITION IS LIMITED TO FIRMS WITHIN A 50 MILE RADIUS OF BOISE IDAHO. All responses must be recieved by this office prior to close of business 11/22/99.
