Q -- REGISTERED NURSE SERVICES SOL RFQ-279-0008 DUE 113098 POC Cantigny Arakai 925-803-2774 or Ricky Harlold 925-803-2777 The Federal Correctional Institution/Federal Prison Camp(FCI/FPC), Phoenix, Arizona is soliciting for one Registered Nurse to provide medical care to Federal Prisoners. This procurement is being advertised as a total small business set-aside. under Standard Industrial Classification code 8049, with a size standard of 5.0 million annual receipts. Any quotes received from large business will not be considered for award. The Contractor will be required to provide a Registered Nurse to assist staff physicians. Services, though not directly supervised, will be reviewed by a Physician on staff of the Health Services Department at the FCI/FPC. The performance of these services will also be verified by the designated Contracting Office Technical Representative (COTR). Services will be required for a base period, with four-one(1) year options. There will be an estimated 202 sessions per year. Pricing will be on a per session basis. Sessions are scheduled 7.5 hours per day, four days per week from 7:30a.m. to 3:30p.m. (excluding Federal holidays). This scheduled period includes a 30 minute lunch break.
