Work involved in this project include providing labor and equipment to remove signs, repairing building facades which are adversely affected by the sign removal, and installing new signs as defined in the statement of work. The signs to be installed will be government furnished property supplied to the contractor. The signs will be affixed to a variety of building types including but not limited to, brick, CMU, and corrugated metal. Contractor will be responsible to repair damaged facades. Matching paint will be provided by the government. There are approximately 130 building signs, either building number or organization name, to be replaced. Performance period for this contract is 45 days. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation will be issued as Un-Restricted on or about 26 August 1998.
