This will be a non-personal services contract and medical liability insurance in the amount of $1.0 million is required. This requirement will be accomplished utilizing procedures in Far part 12, "Commercial Items." The contractor will work weekdays during hours established by the Clinic Supervisor, 37 hours per week, 8 hours a day Monday through Thursday and 5 hours on Fridays, 1850 hours per year. Period of performance will be 01 August 1998 through 30 September 1998 with four option years. The Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 05 June 1998 and close on or about 10 July 1998. Performance is expected to begin on or about 03 August 1998. This procurement is a Small Business and Labor Surplus Area Set-Aside.
