Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Public Debt intends to acquire, on a sole-source basis through Information Mapping, Inc., the following services: Two (2) thirty-two hour training courses, "Developing Procedures, Policies and Documentation," and two (2) sixteen hour training courses, "Designing Information for the Web" to teach skills related to Information Mapping's copyrighted methods. Information Mapping course materials are required for these classes and the instructor must be certified by Information Mapping. All affirmative responses must be in writing, must be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show ability to comply with all the above requirements, and must be received within 15 calendar days of this notice.
