The Bureau of Prisons/Southeast Regional Office is soliciting quotes on a full and open competitive basis from qualified individuals and organizations for one Registered Dietician for the Federal Correctional Complex, Coleman, Florida. The Regional Office intends to award a non-personal medical services contract to provide Registered Dietician Services, to the inmates incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Complex, Coleman, Florida. The contract period will include a base year (date of award through Sept. 30, 1998) with four (4) one year option periods for renewal. The estimated issue date of the Request for Quote 452-0044 will be August 29, 1997, with anticipated return date of September 26, 1997. The work schedule will normally consist of three sessions per month, with the session length defined as six (6) hours. A typical session would be from 9:00AM until 3:00PM. An estimated 36 sessions per contract period will be required. The Contractor may not work more than 30 hours per week. Special qualifications required will be the following: licensed to practice Dietetics, provide documents for credential verification and provide three professional references.
