The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Memphis, Tennessee, plans to issue Solicitation RFP128-202, as a total small business set-aside, for the non-personal services of a Registered Nurse. The successful contractor shall be required to provide clinical organization in the outpatient area, assist in medical records both in compiling and retrieving information, perform electrocardiograms and minor office procedures and other duties considered normal for a Registered Nurse within the medical community. All requests for this solicitation will be issued on or about December 15, 1995, with a tentative closing date of January 15, 1996. The contract period of performance will include a base period not to exceed twelve (12) months with four (4) options periods for renewal estimating 260 sessions of six (6) hours each, not more than 30 weekly, for the 12 month period.
