Continuation of nursing services in the Main Operating Room, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, and Same Day Surgery area is required. Services are required for a base period of 01 Oct 95 through 31 Dec 95 with one option for the period of 1 Jan 96 through 31 Jan 96.
