EG&G Florida, Inc., intends to procure the following services from INFORMATION HANDLING SERVICES on a sole source basis: CD ROM and Book Subscription Service Products for the period November 1, 19995 through October 31, 1996, to include: IHS 200RM, Master Catalog Service, ES510, ANSI Standards, ES610, IEEE Standards, ES630, NEMA Standards, ES750, UL Standards, VOD Stand-Alone Format on CD-ROM including 4EX, 4PX, ALX, AMX, ASX, EEX, HNNX, PCX, PHX, PMX, PPX, and SAX, 200RV, Vendor Catalog Image/Index Software, VM5, Vendor Master Directory Software, GSA1, GSA Source One Package, 41G, GSA 30-day Update Index, GSA5, GSA Software, DS36S, Federal Construction Regulations Index, MVERS, Military/Vendor Package, includes DS1 DOD Specification service VOD Segments CAX, CBX, ECX, FCX, HMS, and DK6, Military Index Software. The intent of this synopsis is to determine if any other source(s) exist, therefore, no RFP is available. Interested firms are invited to submit a response within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice which must include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability to meet the requirements. Telephone responses will not be considered. Responses to this notice will be used to determine whether competition exists and whether a formal RFP is appropriate.
