Cataloging and storage of designated artifacts shall be performed in accordance with American Association of Museum (AAM) guidelines. Conservation of at least 44 artifacts will be performed in accordance with museum guidelines. Contractor must have a minimum 3 years experience working with museum collections, be familiar with Chenhall's Nomenclature, and experience recognizing conservation needs. Qualifications and references must be submitted with contractor's proposal. Performance of contract estimated for 15,000 artifacts at the Treasure Island Museum, Treasure Island Naval Station, San Francisco, CA. Site visit to be scheduled.
