- This requirement is for diagnostic work and repair services for a Trane Chiller located at Bldg 3820, JBSA Fort Sam Houston as described in the attached Draft Statement of Work. If your company is interested and capable of fulfilling the requirement, please complete the attached Amended SF 1449 Soliciation and the Cover Page with the applicable information and send to the POCs listed in this notice. *Work will be performed by a contractor acting as/or in coordination with qualified Trane Service Technicians, ensuring that the system is restored to 100% operational capability in accordance with manufacturer standards.* Questions are due by Tues, Sept 15th at 1400 CDT. Quotes are due by Tues, Sept 22nd at 4:00pm CDT. Please note, this requirment is not for construction work.
