Amendment issued 14 Sep 26: The subject solicitation was amended to post the Questions/Answers document, Honolulu Wage Determination PDF, updated Provisions and Clauses PDF and photos of the work site. Clause, 52.236-2 Differing Site Conditions was added to the provision and clause PDF. Please review all documents for changes, the quotation response due date has not changed. This announcement constitutes a Request for Quote. This is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. All information is to be submitted at no cost to the Government. This solicitation will be for service to remove bird droppings, bird trapping/mitigation at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, HI - IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside using full and open competition. The NAICS code is 561710 and the small business size standard is $17.5M.
