- the purpose of this amendment is to change the offer due date by 3 calendar days from 18 Sep to 21 Sep. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. I. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures. II. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01, effective date 13 March 2026, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation. Supplemental change effective 10 November 2025, Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement change effective 16 September 2024. III. The Clause at FAR 52.232-18, Availability of funds, applies to this acquisition. IV. Full list of provisions and clauses applicable to this RFQ can be found in Attachment 1 � Provisions and Clauses. V. Submit offer via email to SSgt Thomas Prospere at thomas.prospere@us.af.mil and A1C Jomar Landa at jomar.landa@us.af.mil. Submittal of multiple quotes will be treated as separate offers. A Response to this RFQ must be received via e-mail no later than 10:00 AM. Chamorro Standard Time (ChST) on 18 September 2026. Oral quotes will not be accepted. Emailed quotes must be received at the stated addressee email inbox on time and the addressee must be able to open the email and all attachments. No other email receipt will be acceptable. The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of offers. It is the vendor�s responsibility to request and receive confirmation of quote receipt. VI. Please send any questions to the email provided above for information regarding this solicitation no later than 10:00 AM. ChST on 16 September 2026. VII.
