- Amendment 00003 posted Questions and Answers attached Amendment 00002 posted 1.Extended the Offer due date to 21 Sep 2026 2:00 PM Local Time 2. Add 52.222-41 to the Clauses 3. This new SM fiber will replace an existing legacy multimode (MM) fiber run currently supporting the Negation of Improvised Non-State Joint Aerial-Threats (NINJA) system.
