- ****AMENDMENT 0003**** The purpose of this amendment is to provide Attachment 6 - Part Numbers for Smoke Detectors - to further address Question 6 in the Questions and Answers document. ### ****AMENDMENT 0002**** The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Provide Questions and Answers. 2. Provide Attachment 4 Location Fire Alarm Sensors. 3. Provide Attachment 5 Fire Alarm Inspection Report 02/26/2026. 4. The quote submission date is extended to 12pm CT on Monday September 22, 2026. ### ****AMENDMENT 0001**** The purpose of this amendment is to provide a copy of the Site Visit Sign In Sheet (see attached). ### This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1444 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Soil Management Research Unit in Morris, MN has a requirement to upgrade their current fire alarm control panel and replace smoke and heat detectors. See attached Statement of Work for full description of requirements. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561621 The small business size standard is $25M This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
