- AMENDMENT 1 - UPDATED SOLICITATION, UPDATED POP, UPDATED PWS AND QUESTIONS & ANSWERS ATTACHED, PLEASE REFER TO AMMENDMENT 1 WHEN QUOTING Military Sealift Command Combined Synopsis and Solicitation Notice Information This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is N3220526Q7258 and is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2026-01, effective 03/13/2026, is located at https://www.acquisition.gov/browse/index/far DFARS Publication Notice, effective 07/31/2026, is located at https://www.acquisition.gov/dfars 4. The associated NAICS code is 488390 � Other Support Activities for Water Transportation with a size standard of $47.0 Million. The associated PSC/FSC code is J020 for this procurement: maint/repair/rebuild of equipment- ship and marine equipment. 5. The table below lists the Contract Line Item Number(s) (CLIN(s)) and items, quantities and units of measure, inclusive of any applicable options: Item Supplies/Services QTY UNIT UNIT PRICE AMOUNT 0001 Underwater Hull Cleaning and 1 JOB Inspection (UWILD) -USNS AMELIA EARHART Provide all labor, supervision, Equipment, materials and services necessary to perform Underwater In- Lieu of Drydocking (UWILD), including underwater hull cleaning and inspection of the USNS AMELIA EARHART, in accordance the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Pricing Arrangement: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) $ The Government intends on awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order for the aforementioned services. It is expected that award will be made by no later than 30 September 2026. The required Period of Performance is 18 OCTOBER 2026 to 02 NOVEMBER 2026 and performance location GUAM 7th Fleet. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors � Commercial Services (Class Deviation RFO-2025-12) applies to this acquisition and is incorporated by reference.
