- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following services: Title: Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center Kitchen Equipment Regular Maintenance and Repairs Requirement is for comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM), corrective repairs, emergency services, testing, calibration, and technical support for all kitchen and dietary equipment at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center (MGVAMC), 4815 N Assembly Street, Spokane WA 99205. This is a new requirement not previously contracted. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, transportation, and qualified technicians to ensure safe, reliable, and continuous operation of all food service equipment. Equipment covered: Vertical Open Air Cooler, Oasis Fryer Oil, FryMaster Griddle MIRACLEAN, Keating Reach-In Refrigerator, True Manufacturing CO. Air Cooled Ice Machine, Hoshizaaki Cabinet Warmer, Duke Convection Oven, TurboChef Tornado Self-Service Heated Countertop Display Cabinet, Federal Industries Freezer/Refrigerator Swing Door Combo, True Manufacturing CO. Reach-In Freezer/Refrigerator Swing Door Combo, True Manufacturing CO. Icube Ice Maker, Air Cooled, Hoshizaaki Reach-In Freezer/Refrigerator Swing Door Combo, True Manufacturing CO. Snack Machine, Crane National Beverage Undercounter Refrigerator, Beverage Air Ice Machine, Manitoc Ice Maker, Hoshizaki INC Freezer, True Manufacturing CO. Refrigerator/ Freezer, True Manufacturing CO. Refrigerator, True Manufacturing CO. DishWasher Commmercial, Jackson DishWasher Commmercial.
