NAICS: 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction / SIZE STANDARD - $45M AND IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE 2. CONTRACT TYPE: FIRM FIXED PRICE. 3. PERFORMANCE PERIOD IS 165 CALENDAR DAYS INCLUSIVE OF ALL CLINS 4. BID BOND IS 20% OR $3M, WHICHEVER IS LESS 5. BONDING CAPACITY MUST BE DEMONSTRATED (MINIMUM OF $1M, AND $2.5M ANNUAL AGGREGATE)
