- Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to: - Incorporate new attachments - Clarify proposal requirements - Add additional Clauses - Add site visit information All changes are marked in red. Please review new RFQ Document. Additionally, QnA responses can be found in this description below. QnA Responses: Question: Please confirm the model and size of the three Big Ass Fans and the pivot fan. Also, are the manufacturer mounting hardware and controls currently onsite? Government Answer: The Part Number for the 3 Big Ass Fans are (Powerfoil X4, 24ft, F3, 230V/3PH, AFRS. The Pivot Fan is Part#004454-163. Everything is accounted for EXCEPT the 10' Mounting Pole for the 6' Diameter Pivot Fan. Question: Is the approximate mounting/ceiling height available, and are there any existing photos or drawings showing the current fans and mounting locations? Government Answer: Yes, there is enough ceiling height is available, please see attached photos. Question: Section M references chiller replacement, refrigerant recovery, and certified refrigerant handlers. Please confirm whether those requirements apply to this project. Government Answer: This is corrected, please see amended solicitation Question; Section J references a Harris County Building Construction wage determination, while Attachment 2 appears to reference Heavy Construction and different Texas counties. Please confirm which wage determination applies to this project. Government Answer: Current Attachment 2 is the applicable WD. attachment title is changed in solicitation This is a combined synopsis solicitation for Big Ass Fans Installation.
