This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations.2. Authority and ProceduresThis acquisition is for a commercial supply and is being conducted using the procedures of the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
