- *** ONLY SEAPORT MAC HOLDERS are eligible for this opportunity. *** The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Strategic and Computing Systems Department (A Department) has a requirement for systems engineering support. See Advance Notice for additional information. A virtual Industry Day will be held on 9 April 2026 at 12:00P.M. EST. ***UPDATE (9/9/26): Contract Type - The Government contemplates award with a hybrid contract type, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF). Additionally, the Statement of Work (SOW) has been updated to a Performance Work Statement (PWS). See updated Advance Notice for details on updated capability statements, questions, and Request for Information. ***Update (9/15/26): Capability Statement due date has been extended to 1200 EST on 21 September 2026.
