- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Subpart 12.202 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. Please respond to this RFQ by providing the following information in this document. 1. Price Evaluation 2. Technical Capabilities Statement The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 811310. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J036. The Size Standard for this NAICS is $12.5 Million. Evaluation of commercial items in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 will be utilized using lowest price technically acceptable. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transport, and other items or services necessary to perform complete repair, component overhaul, safety, and operational load testing on one (1) Grove Mobile Crane.
