- ***This Sources Sought Notice is for SEAPORT NxG SMALL BUSINESS MAC HOLDERS ONLY. No other responses will be considered. Large Businesses need not respond.*** Seaport small business MAC holders will need to register for PIEE accounts in order to receive market survey requests and/or solicitations and submit responses. The Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic) is issuing this market survey to determine small business capabilities and solicit information from potential sources to provide systems engineering, technical, software, cybersecurity, management, and logistics support for United States Marine Corps Communication Systems (UCS) Integrated Product Team (IPT) initiatives. Tasking details are included in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) posted with this market survey. The anticipated period of performance includes a base year, four (4) one-year option periods, and one (1) six-month option period. NOTE: this requirement has not been vetted through the review process for approval and the attached documents are only DRAFT documents. ***THIS IS NOT AN RFP***
