RFI Reponses are now included as a solicitation attachment - updated 09.14.2026 to answer 14. BE ADVISED. The worksite location associated with this contract opportunity is a secure and restricted area. ELECTRONIC DEVICES ARE PROHIBITED INSIDE THE WORKSITE AT ALL TIMES. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial carpet installation and removal services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO subpart 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. See Attachment 8 � Performance Work Statement (A8 - 09.14.2026 -Updated PWS 30 CES Carpet Removal Replacement BLD 10577), for detailed description of services required. No additional site visit will be conducted. Quotes are due no later than: 1:00 PM (PST) 17 September 2026
