- DLA Weapons Support Richmond intends to issue a competitive solicitation for one (1) Autoclave with a contract completion of 365 days ARO. Complete technical data package DLA-WS-VIBB 20-30-1208 including all technical data, rigging and installation. Delivery, installation, and training will be included as a part of the solicitation. Request for Quote SPE4A8-26-Q-0057 is anticipated to be issued on September 29, 2026. FOB will be at Destination /Inspection at Destination/Acceptance at Destination. The solicitation is Other Than Full and Open competition. Award will result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract. Please e-mail the solicitation package along with the compliance statement and descriptive literature. A copy of the solicitation will be available on (enter date) via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. Choose the DLA Request for Proposals (RFP) / Invitation for Bid (IFB) option under Solicitations. Enter the solicitation number within the search value area and click the submit button. Solicitations are in Portable Document Format (PDF). To download and view these documents, use the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com.
