Description

The Ninja system is a proprietary item and requires proprietary parts and services. Black River Systems Company, Inc. was the Prime Contractor for FA8750-19-C-0040 (OCOSA Contract), a Phase III SBIR award from Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL/RIGB). The Ninja product suite was developed under the OCOSA contract with some initial engineering having been completed under predecessor SBIR Phases I and II contracts. Black River Systems Company was the Prime Contractor on the SBIR I and Phase II contract as well. Black River Systems Company has asserted its SBIR data rights, under these contracts and as defined in DFARS 252.227-7018, �Rights in Noncommercial Technical Data and Computer Software�Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program�. Black River Systems hereby submits that it has all ownership rights to the Ninja products that are being offered. Black River does not re-sell parts to third parties. All parts and knowledge protected by SIBR.
