The North American Identification Classification System (NAICS) code is 516110 - Radio Broadcasting Stations The SBA size standard is_$47 Million Average Annual Receipts. The U.S Agency of Global Media (USAGM) intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, to Global Emergency Media Ltd (GEMA) a radio broadcasting firm with its registered office at 2022 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU . The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C.3304(a)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, which reads in part, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. USAGM requires Medium Wave broadcasting services on the specific frequency of 864 kHz for Radio Farda, a service of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL), to provide programming to audiences in Iran.
