Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.2. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N0017326QTS12 is issued as an RFQ for the procurement of a Brand Name Rohde & Schwarz FSWX Signal Analyzer and Vector Signal Generator. This acquisition is not set aside for small business concerns due to the Non-Manufacturer Rule (NMR) and the lack of a class waiver for NAICS 334515. All authorized resellers (large and small) are encouraged to submit quotes. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
