- The Indian Health Service, Chinle Service Unit, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility located in Chinle, Arizona 86503 has an upcoming requirement for contractor to deliver Dental Supplies. The delivery date for this requirement is 30 days after award.The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339114 Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The Request for Quotations No. IHS1527511 in accordance with 12.201-1 will be issued on or by 09/11/2026.
