- Project Title: Replace Chiller 2, B500 Description: This requirement consists of removing the existing chiller located in the basement level of B500 and installing a brand-new, fully operational replacement unit, including all associated connection piping, controls, and incidental work IAW attached Drawings and Specifications. Project Location: Offutt AFB, NE **ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY. SUBMIT VIA EMAIL AS DETAILED IN ATTACHMENT 01 - BID SUBMISSION AND OPENING INFORMATION. FAX AND HARDCOPY BIDS WILL BE REJECTED** 1. SITE VISIT: 20 August 2026, 9:00 AM CST at bldg 500, Offutt AFB, NE. Interested offerors that currently don't have base access must submit the completed Attachment 02 - 55 SFS Contractor/Vendor NCIC Screening Pass Request spreadsheet to SrA Matthias Wilson at matthias.wilson.1@us.af.mil by 17 August 2026 2:00 PM CST. 2. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer no later than 27 August 2026, 10:00 AM CST. An amendment addressing these questions will be issued subsequently. Bid opening (announcement of bids) will be conducted via teleconference the business day following the bid submission deadline. See attached guidelines. SOLICITATION AND ALL INFORMATION, NOTICES, AMENDMENTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED AT HTTPS://SAM.GOV. Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the ""Q&A"" document (Amendment 1 Q and A Doc) to the solicitation post. NOTE: Questions #1 and #2 are still in the process of getting answered. These answers will be posted in a later amendment. Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate questions #1 and #2 via ""Q&A"" document (Amendment 2 Q and A ) to the solicitation post. Amendment 3: The purpose of this amendment is to: Provide Scope Clarification (Q1): Final technical guidance regarding the Building Management System (Honeywell EBI R430.1) integration.* Revised Bid Submission Deadline: 16 September 2026 at 11:00 AM CST.* Revised Public Bid Opening: 17 September 2026 at 10:30 AM CST (Microsoft Teams link remains unchanged). Offerors must acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0001 on their SF 1442 / SF 30 & on the new pricing template prior to the revised bid submission deadline. If your firm has already submitted a bid, you may submit a revised proposal utilizing the new pricing template or draft us a bid withdrawal notice, if appropriate.
