- The Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) on behalf of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) intends to issue a single contract for Architect-Engineer (A/E) design and project phasing services for a consolidation/renovation of OSHA exterior suites in the Frances Perkins Building in Washington, D.C.
