- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C24726Q0698 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), for Medical Thyroid Uptake Probe/Spectrometer w/ 2 Well Counter System for Atlanta Veterans Affairs Healthcare System. This acquisition is set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339112 is assigned to this requirement with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. The FSC/PSC is 6525. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Atlanta Veterans Affairs Healthcare System located at 1670 Clairmont Road Decatur, GA 30030, seeks to purchase a replacement medical spectrometer system.
