The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Inspector General (VA?OIG), intends to award a sole source for training services supporting mobile device forensic examinations, in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 3204, 41 U.S.C. 3304 and FAR 6.103-1(b), One Responsible Source: Cellebrite Inc. 8065 LEESBURG PIKE STE T1-302 VIENNA, VA UNITED STATES 22182-2738 The requirement includes instruction and certification for Digital First Responders and technical personnel in the use of forensic tools used in investigative operations. The training supports agency mission needs related to the acquisition, analysis, and handling of mobile device evidence. The contract is Firm Fixed Price with performance of one week. The NAICS code is 611519. The size standard is $21 million. The PSC is R499. In accordance with FAR 6.301, the Sole Source Justification is attached to this notice.
