- This announcement serves as a Sources Sought Notice issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. Hurlburt Field is seeking contractor who would be able to assist in the recovery of the base after a natural disaster or other emergency situation/event. Those that respond will be added the master list for use if/when a need arises. Being on this list does not preclude the government from releasing a formal solicitation if time permits. Those types of work include but are not limited to: Air Conditioning/Plumbing, Equipment Rentals, Furnishing Management, Generators, Heavy Equipment, Hotels/Motels, Lock Services, MFH Maintenance Contract, Mortician/Funeral Services, Oil Recovery Contractors, Port-o-lets, Refrigerator Truck, Refuse Services, Tarp and Roofing Covers, Tree Services, Utilities, Vehicle Rental, Water Removal. For those interested, please submit your contact information and capabilities. Contractors may add multiple NAICS codes and capabilities. Also, include a pdf copy of your company�s capability statement/brief. Be sure the document is labeled with your name. This sources sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute solicitation or a commitment or obligation on the part of the government to issue a solicitation. DO NOT submit a quote or proposal in response to this notice. Any information provided by industry to the government as a result of this notice is voluntary. The government will not pay for any information submitted to this notice. The Air Force has not made a commitment to procure any of these items discussed, and released of this sources sought should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become U.S. Government property and will not be returned.ALL INFORMATION MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 26 May 2026 to elisabeth.pesiri.1@us.af.mil.EMAIL SUBJECT MUST REFERENCE THE PROJECT NAME
