- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services as prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.212(b)(1), as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. RFO 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services will be used. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 36C26026Q0671 and is attached. This solicitation will be Full and Open competition, no set-aside. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339930, with a small business size standard of 700 employees. This NAICS code is subject not subject to a waiver. The FSC/PSC is 7820. The VA Puget Sound Health Care System is seeking to purchase robotic companion pets. Service Location: VA Puget Sound Health Care System 9600 Veterans Drive SW Tacoma, WA 98493 Award will be based upon the evaluation factors listed in Section E of the attached RFQ. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms and conditions.
