This is the Pre-solicitation announcement. The solicitation will be issued on or about the date stated below and will be posted via the same site. This acquisition is being solicited under Invitation for Bids W912C326BA003 as 100% WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (WOSB) Set -Aside. The NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $45 Million. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC-Fort Buchanan has a requirement for Building 504 Renovation at Fort Buchanan Puerto Rico. The solicitation W912C326BA003 will be available on or about 29 May 2026 with a closing date within 15 days of the solicitation posting (see solicitation for specific dates) posted via sam.gov.
