- Description
- The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) for California, on behalf of the 129th Rescue Wing at Moffett Air National Guard Base, intends to issue a solicitation for non-personal janitorial services. Solicitation Number: W50S8X26QA016 Product Service Code (PSC): S201 (Housekeeping- Custodial Janitorial) NAICS Code: 561720 - Janitorial Services (Size Standard: $22 million) Description of Work: The contractor will be required to provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform janitorial services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract will consist of a base year of 12 months and include options for two additional 12-month periods. Contract Line Items (CLINs) and Periods of Performance: CLIN 0001: Base Year Service: Janitorial Services Period of Performance: 15 June 2026 to 14 June 2027 CLIN 1001: Option Year 1 Service: Janitorial Services Period of Performance: 15 June 2027 to 14 June 2028 CLIN 2001: Option Year 2 Service: Janitorial Services Period of Performance: 15 June 2028 to 14 June 2029 Place of Performance: 129th Civil Engineer Squadron 683 Macon Road Moffett Field, CA 94035 Set-Aside Information: This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible small businesses may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation Details: The full solicitation with the Performance Work Statement will be issued.
