- Army Corps of Engineers, Floating Plant M/V SAMA Aluminum Hull Repair, Electrical Upgrades, and Vessel Improvements The requirements for aluminum hull repairs, electrical system upgrades, coating application, and equipment improvements for a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) floating plant operating in freshwater environments.
