Description: The Navy Clothing & Textile Research Facility (NCTRF) is seeking procurement of a 3D virtual design software that will address the need for quick, affordable, and accurate prototyping. The software will bring NCTRF closer to design industry standards by shrinking turnaround time of prototyping and the dependency on a decreasing domestic manufacturing pool, while cutting down the overall cost, and creating a more sustainable development process.
