- Description
- Request for Quote (RFQ) for Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB) in support of a natural gas-powered combined cycle power plant (CCPP). The Government contemplates award of multiple firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts from this solicitation. The ordering period under each IDIQ contract will be approximately five (5) months or an aggregate not-to-exceed value of $8,950,000 for all contracts, whichever comes first. One Offeror will be awarded a �seed project� delivery order which will fulfill their minimum guarantee and will be issued concurrently with the award of the basic IDIQ contract. The �seed project� for this solicitation will be for two LNG deliveries to NSGB (e.g. 26-29 May 2026 and 15-18 June 2026 unless modified). All other multiple award contact awardees will receive an order for the $500.00 minimum guarantee issued concurrently with the award of the IDIQ basic contract(s). Amendment 0001 - Posted 5/14/2026
