Description: The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division is soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure a roofing maintenance and repairs IDIQ. Work will include roof inspections, roof surveys, gutter cleanings, repairs, replacement, among others.
