Description

Amendment 0001: The purpose of this Amendment is to: Add JB CHS Question and Answer Form Post updated Specification dated 14 May 2026 (Updated section 01 11 00; 1.1.1; 3rd paragraph) Extend the date offers due to 1 June 2026, 1400 EDT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA441826Q0022 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Railroad Maintenance and Repair Indefinite-delivery Indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) This acquisition is set-aside for 8(A) small business concerns. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237990 with a $45 million size standard. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated acquisition. (ii) Description of Requirement: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, and testing for railroad maintenance and repair at Joint Base Charleston, Naval Weapons Station (JB CHS NWS) in Goose Creek, South Carolina
