- THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN AMMENDED. COTNRACTORS INTERESTED IN SUBMITTING A QUOTE MUST CONFIRM THAT THIS AMMENDMENT HAS BEEN REVIEWED. THIS AMMENDMENT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: 1. Post-Site Questions and Answers documentation added 2. Additional attachments added (see combo FA487726QA054A00001, all added comments are highlighted in red) 3. Quote submission timelines have been extended until 20 May 2026 4. CLIN 0002 on the price matrix should not have pricing associated to it. 5. Price matrix has been updated to clarify CLIN 0002's purpose. All pertinent information for this RFQ is located within Attachment 1: Combo- 26QA054 Solictitation FA487726QA054 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Subpart 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a seperate written solicitation will not be issued. Davis-Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a single firm fixed-priced Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 5-year ordering period. All specific, including CLIN structure are located in Attachment 2: Total Evaluated Price Matrix_FA487726QA054. All services provided must adhere to the specifications described in the PWS and must meet all technical and pricing requirements. This acquisition is set-aside under Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310 with a small business size standard of $12.5M. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. A lack of a current SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. 13. Important Dates/Times (All times are Arizona Local Time/Mountain Standard Time) a. A Site Visit will be offered on 4 May 2026 at 10:00 AM. b. Questions are due by 6 May 2026, by 4:00 PM. c. Answers will be provided by 8 May 2026, 4:00 PM d. All quotes must be submitted by 20 May 2026, 4:00 PM
